Production
Our machines
are composed of injection molding machines STORK, ARBURG, central transport PIOVAN Italy, COLOR-EXACT coloring devices from PRM Denmark, belt conveyors and inlet separators from MTF Germany. All machines are connected to a cooling system of the ONI company, Germany.
The majority of our production technology is comprised of injection molding machines ARBURG.
We have:
- vacuum press for vacuum forming
- own tool shop for modification, repair and production of molds
Vacuum forming
We are eqquiped a vacuum press with a max dimensions of vacuum forming - clamping surface of 600 x 600 mm
Tool shop
Equipment in the tool shop allows us to:
- maintain injection molds
- remain flexible with repairs of molds
- construction of new injection molds
